Just a wonderful experience. The room was incredible, service outstanding, a place to return to many more times. Butler service was excellent. Probably the best food room service menu I know. Breakfast can be served in the villa without any limitations. Their fine dining restaurant Aperitif has an incredible chef from Belgium and the best fine dining option Ubud has to offer

What a slice of paradise this place is! We stayed as a family in the 2 bedroom Vice Regal Villa and it was just stunning and so luxurious. The kids aged 10 and 15 loved having their own pool and room upstairs, and also the gym and squash courts. The gym was one of the best we have seen in Bali! The food here - incredible and if you like fine dining make sure you try the Degustation Dinner at Apertif. Our other favourite place was the Pinstripe cocktail bar, the kids would play on the pool table while we tried some of the amazing cocktails and wines. Pool area is stunning and the staff here just so friendly and helpful. Spa was beautiful and so was the massage. Such beautiful views into the valley from the resort too - we really can't recommend this hotel enough if you are after something luxurious and peaceful!

After three days at the Viceroy two years ago we were anxious to return for a five day visit this time and we were not disappointed. Your initial impression upon entering the open lobby is that you are in for a special experience. The check in process was flawless and you are quickly golf carted to your villa. Whatever villa you have chosen you will be pleased. They are all roomy, well appointed and comfortable. Besides the impressive physical aspects of the hotel, the valley setting really sets the Viceroy apart from other fine hotels in Ubud We are anxious to return once again.

We had a great honeymoon at Viceroy Bali! The service was amazing (specially from all the staff in the Cascades restaurant), the food was delicious and catered to special diets, and the place is gorgeous. Special mention to Kadek who was our amazing tour guide for a day! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and planned a very fun day for us! Everyone and everything was wonderful. Thank you so much!

Great experience at Viceroy Bali, the location in Ubud, the hudge and exquisite room, the perfect service, and of course the food, don't miss the Sunday brunch at Aperitive restaurant, it's a blast !!! A place to be, a place to return as often as possible.
