Stunning 5 star hotel in bali, beautiful surroundings, spacious villas with heated pools if desired. Staff is very friendly and the food is very good. Shuttle available by request to go into downtown area of Ubud. Terrific cocktail bar at Apéritif with a great bartender

The SERVICE at this place exceeds any other bali luxury resorts I have visited in the past. The staff genuinely CARE about your experience.The Management (Kedak as well as the Resort Manager) are such caring, authentic, humble folks who went to lengths to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The breakfast staff went above and beyond and even happily dropped off some juices to our room each morning. The Massages were excellent, and the staff had good training in proper techniques.

Shuttle into Ubud made exploring easy. Wonderful friendly staff and the food at Cascades was amazing. Our pool villa was gorgeous with a beautiful view of the jungle. Very peaceful resort.

Amazing experience! We were more then well taken care of during our honeymoon stay. The attendants were all so helpful and respectful - always with a smile. The room was super clean always. They almost seemed to predict our next move to make us comfortable! The most relaxing stay with an unbelievable view. The food was also spectacular. Highly recommend!

If you think Four Seasons is too posh and not worth the money,then you have to come here. Beautiful area, nice scenery, spacious and beautiful villas and the restaurant is a dream! We had dinner there and it had food like nowhere else on Bali...so creative and tasty! Of course it is expensive but it's worth it. For a special holiday or honeymoon the place to visit on Bali! Enjoy and relax at this nice place!
