Generally the trip takes 90 minutes by private car from the airport, however this can vary depending on time of day and traffic. We also offer a helicopter transfer service from the Denpasar helipad to our private helipad at reception. This service takes 12 minutes in the air but can also be turned into a great tour with more than 30 mins in the air.
These villas have the same overall size and similar features however differ vary in design. The Deluxe Terrace Villa has a larger infinity pool and more modern design which includes walk-in wardrobe and ducted air-conditioning, as opposed to air-conditioning unit in Terrace Villa. Yes, children of all ages are welcome at Viceroy Bali and also to dine at Cascades restaurant. However, since Apéritif Restaurant & Bar is a fine dining degustation experience, only children over 10 years and with a sophisticated palate are permitted since we are unable to provide a dedicated children’s menu.
A helicopter transfer from DPS airport to Viceroy Bali is priced at IDR 19,000,000 + 21 % tax and service charge per helicopter per fly with a maximum payload of 500 kg. This rate is subject to change without prior notice. Advance booking with full prepayment is required when the reservation is made as a guarantee. We work with the recommended third party for the helicopter arrangement (tours/airport transfers) on their operation hours from 09.00 AM – 04.00 PM for the last flight. The helicopter does not take off straight from the airport due to landing permits so passengers are dropped to the closest helipad via a luxury vehicle which is located 15 minutes from the airport.
For both of our restaurants (Apéritif and Cascades) we offer an a la carte menu with the option of set menus. We do not offer a buffet option for lunch or dinner.
If you are celebrating special occasion for example a honeymoon or wedding anniversary, we are more than happy to add some extras on a complimentary basis for your stay. Examples include:

Whilst all of our villas offer ample space and have inter-connecting options, for families, our newly added Vice Regal 2-bedroom (duplex) is the optimal choice. The Viceroy Villa also provides extra space in a more unique traditional Balinese Style.

Yes, the transfer can be substituted with a transfer to from Canggu given it is a similar distance (approximately 1.5 – 2 hours drive depending on traffic).

Our check-in time is 14.00 whilst check-out is at 12.00 midday. Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival. We do our best to accommodate early check-in requests however to ensure an early check-in, we suggest booking the night prior your arrival date.
The most convenient way to travel from the airport to Viceroy Bali is by car, which we can arrange. Alternatively, you can also fly via helicopter.
Yes, extra bed can be setup at a cost of USD 137 net per bed per night incl. daily breakfast. Please let us know in advance of your arrival if this is required.

The standard rate is a rate which is available throughout the year. Our advanced purchase rate, is lower than our standard rate however it is only available to book 60 days prior your arrival date.
