The dedicated contrast therapy room at Akoya Spa features an infrared sauna, delivering deep penetrating heat to relax muscles and promote circulation, paired with a cold plunge pool maintained at approximately 11°C / 51°F, which helps reduce inflammation and boost energy levels.

If you are enjoying one of our 90-minute treatments, Ultimate Indulgence, or Combination Packages, you are welcome to use the Contrast Therapy Room complimentary. It is a beautiful way to extend your spa experience. Please note the Contrast Therapy Room can accommodate up to two people at any time.
Priced at IDR 400,000++ per use of room for 45 minutes. When booking a 90 minute treatment, the Ultimate Indulgence or a Combination Package, you will receive a complimentary use of the Contrast Therapy room. When booking a 60-minute treatment or less, you can add a 45 minute use of the the Contrast Therapy Room at a special rate of IDR 200,000++.
