New Years eve at CasCades Restaurant

CasCades restaurant at the Viceroy is once again reset for New Year's Eve with the high coned roof draped in glimmering shear fabrics. The stunning arrival is set for that big night of champagne, wines and cocktails all included as free flow!! It looks like the celebrations are going to be big with a big name band ready to swing the night away, Chef Graeme Pullen is busy preparing the menu and just as impressive as the flavours will be the presentation.
