Christmas at CasCades Restaurant

This year Cascades restaurant came alive with Christmas Carols with Jazz piano and saxophone interludes and while everyone was busy sipping on their favourite wines the food was starting to arrive... what a true Christmas feast Chef Graeme Pullen has made, his signature is well and truly shining through with this menu. This menu will stay in our memories as one of those evenings where you have to try everything and a little overindulgence doesn't make you feel guilty.
