Enhanced guest experience offered by Viceroy Bali's Guest Service Manager

Small Luxury Hotels member Viceroy Bali appointed Jonathan Sweeney-Lowe as Guest Service Manager.

Says Sweeney-Lowe of his appointment to the small boutique hotel in Ubud, "As the bar is raised quite high here at the Viceroy, what with an on-site helipad and one of the top dining venues on the island, this new position provides a level of service that is as luxurious as the accommodation itself."

Guests will hear from him way before their arrival at Viceroy Bali, at the moment that their reservation is confirmed. This arrives in the form of an introductory email enquiring if they require VIP services for airport immigration clearance and transfer to the hotel. At the same time, guests are welcome to have any queries about Bali, Ubud or the hotel clarified by Sweeney-Lowe. During their entire stay, guests can look forward to conversations, recommendations and warm service from the hotel's Guest Service Manager and the entire hotel staff.

In sum, Sweeney-Lowe says, "My job is to look after the guest in any way they may require, making them feel comfortable and at home while away from home."
