Ready Medical Assistance in Ubud

The safety and well-being of our guests is one of our utmost concerns. Hence the Viceroy Bali is affiliated with a clinic and doctor providing 24-hour on-call medical assistance.

The clinic is located approximately 15 minutes by car from the hotel, and is staffed by professional administrative and medical personnel. It is very well-equipped to handle emergencies including those requiring blood transfusion; patient evacuation in cases of head, neck or spine injuries; and advanced cardiac support. For less serious cases, the clinic provides services for medicine refill, provision of aids like crutches and glucometer, and immediate first aid.

Previous patients at Toyo Clinic have indicated that the doctors and nurses are all experienced, knowledgeable and kind.

To facilitate immediate medical treatment, administration documents are not required of patients at the clinic. However, a copy of the patient's passport is needed should patients prefer to use insurance coverage or have their medical expenses reimbursed with a receipt.
