The air-conditioned conference room can seat up to 25 persons for a theatre-style conference, or can be prepared as a formal board room for meetings of up to 14 persons.
It is fully equipped with state-of-the art audio & visual aids including video projection, connected to a fully wired computer system, wireless & cable Internet access, and a speaker conferencing telephone. Office supplies and basic refreshments are included with bookings for its use.
The conference room can also be converted into a mini theatre with projector screening for movies or DVDs’.
Parties
Be it a birthday celebration, staff appreciation luncheon, wedding anniversary for a couple or 50 persons, holiday festivities, the events team of the hotel can customize and execute the event according to your expectations.
The hotel’s event spaces can accommodate up to 100 people, with menu selections ranging from A la Carte, Set menu or Buffet.
Due to the intimate size of the Viceroy Bali, corporate or family revellers who wish to book the entire Viceroy as their own private place with full Viceroy Facilities and excellent staff can do so provided we are notified well in advance.
