Viceroy Bar

‘Viceroy Bar’ features the finest collection of Cognacs, Scotches, Japanese Whiskeys, Spirits and Cigars; it is one of the finest stocked bars in Bali with an exceptionally spectacular view over the Petanu river gorge. Add to the Bar a justifiably proud wine cellar which features a full range of quality and rare wines from all over the world and a creative barmen and you have perfection to please all.


CasCades Restaurant

Lembah Spa

The ‘Lembah Spa’ offers stunning views of the Petanu river valley, which radiates a calm that complements the therapeutic body treatments offered at the day spa.
All body treatments were developed by a certified Swiss therapist to combine Western knowledge with natural Balinese techniques. The ‘Lembah Spa’ places emphasis on health and meditation, together with relaxation and beauty.

Gymnasium

The Viceroy Bali gym features a full set of free weights and latest equipment for both cardio and resistance training. Guests can exercise in air conditioned comfort and stay updated with the latest world developments via a flat screen television with satellite channels. Complimentary chilled energy drinks and towels provide refreshment. The gymnasium is available exclusively to house guests. Private yoga classes can be booked.


Boutique

The Viceroy Boutique offers guests the opportunity to buy quality casual wear, jewellery, artefacts and hotel memorabilia. It also has a small library where guests can borrow books and DVDs.


Helicopter Pad

The Viceroy Bali is the only hotel in the Ubud district with a helicopter pad situated a few meters from the reception pavilion. Hotel guests wanting to avoid the 45-minute drive from Bali’s Ngurah Rai international airport to Ubud can opt for a direct helicopter transfer to the hotel.

Guests can also tour Bali and the neighbouring islands by helicopter which can be arranged through the Viceroy Bali concierge.


Conference Room

The air-conditioned conference room can seat up to 25 persons for a theatre-style conference, or can be prepared as a formal board room for meetings of up to 14 persons.

It is fully equipped with state-of-the art audio & visual aids including video projection, connected to a fully wired computer system, wireless & cable Internet access, and a speaker conferencing telephone. Office supplies and basic refreshments are included with bookings for its use.

The conference room can also be converted into a mini theatre with projector screening for videos or movies.

  • Common Area Facilities
    • The Viceroy Bali has a large infinity edge pool with a fountain feature and a swim up bar overlooking the spectacular Petanu Valley. At the poolside is a traditional Balinese bale (gazebo) with romantic soft white cushions and curtains offering the guest that perfect place to feel special whilst sipping on a cocktail and enjoying the gardens and views surrounding them.

  • The Lobby
    The two tier lobby at Viceroy Bali have some exquisite features for guests to admire. The soaring alang alang (thatched) roof structure and hand carved 3 meter wide dance scene provide a dramatic welcome for tired guests.

  • Credit Cards
    All major credit cards are accepted; American Express, Diners Club, Visa, Master Card and JCB

  • Check-in
    Check-in time is 14:00 hours. Early arrival is subject to the availability and readiness of villa. The Original Service Voucher containing reservation number for all pertaining services and billing instructions has to be presented upon each guests check-in.

  • Check-out
    Check-out time is 12:00 hours. Late checkout is subject to a half day fee but only with prior arrangement and villa availability. A shuttle service in a hotel limousine is provided free of charge to Central Ubud.

  • Laundry
    Collection before 10:00 hours will ensure delivery before 18:00 hours. Pressing and Dry cleaning service is also available but with next day return before 18.00.

  • Library
    The library is situated in the lobby lounge and offers a wide selection of books and magazines, as well as DVD’s for guest to borrow.

  • Medical Service
    Viceroy Bali is affiliated to a nearby clinic that offers at call 24 hour doctor assistance and for serious emergencies we offer helicopter evacuations.
